Hm. The only problem like you mentioned is it’s hard to quantify and if you did spend some money and immediately got banned, that money would likely be lost. Is there a way to select a country/region or is that just general?

Same price for any country/region then? Quick Google search shows India and Brazil are number 3 and 4 with high number of twitter users!
