I wouldn't do any chemo or trust any centralized medicine approaches post COVID era.

Instead: No refined sugars whatsoever, no artifical sweeteners, extended water and dry fasts, lots of ginger/turmeric/black pepper (like golden milk), lots of almonds, vape cannabis for pain management, anti-inflammatory teas. Reduce blue light (LEDs etc) and EMF exposure, follow the sun w/r/t to circadian rhythm of where he lives, getting sun exposure right after waking up (like taking a walk through a park).
