Is this just a "suggestion" or is there legislation?

It's a suggestion from a Bitcoin lobby group called Bitcoin Policy Institute.

There's something I can't quite put my finger on about this (and similar proposals RE the strategic reserve) that makes it feel like Baron Munchausen pulling himself out of the mire by lifting his ponytail....

Like OK, we're going to use bond proceeds to purchase Bitcoin.... instead of fund the government... which increases the deficit... which requires us to sell more bonds...

Unrelated but ever use the old BitBond site for P2P loans?

Nope 😩

I think we should supported it. It is good idea if I may say . With national debt due in a year for 9 trillion , I think this could be the best solutions .

Bitbond

Am I mistaken or do you not see that this is just propping up the fiat/war/drug/human trafficking system? A system that should collapse under the burden of garbage and fakery since it’s not even real money. Bitcoin is already a competing and superior system where none of that could exist or a big government basically a Rico operation. shouldnt you be telling people to get out of Fiat.
