...it seems we are seeing how beaten down and reactive the general public has become.

The more they narrow there purview to avoid having to cope with something they know they cannot face. The more they avoid the need to change, their absolute stubborn and undying loyalty to their unwillingness to budge from the path they felt was most congruent with how they thought their life should go. They wont see the walls closing in until they feel them touching their shoulders - too late. Lord only knows what that means for them. No one is coming to save them when the 'welfare state' can't even help itself. . . . 🎻 🎻
