Fuck celebrities, meat is murder.
In that case I’d rather be a murderer than malnutritioned.
Not every vegan is malnutritioned and that's why this article sucks and celebrity gossip sucks.
Diets should be based on facts. There are plenty of well-supported facts backing whole food plant-based diets. Ethical consumption is a choice.
You choose murder but I do not.
I have been mostly meat free for almost a decade.
