I could really use some help maintaining the WoT relay, please send PRs 🐸🧑‍💻

Some things we need:

- define network depth

- a smart way to let noobs in

- cleaner readme

- tor support on archiving

- ability to prune old notes

- ability to specifically blacklist npubs in WoT

Does it actively save the notes within the WoT? If so, how is that done? By subscription to other relays or by queries run on an interval?

That is cool. I was already wondering about how to not only preserve my notes, but also their context. I need to try to run it.
