Think something similar to Strike, but for EU. Reasonable transaction/app fees (<8%). Easy fiat/btc swap so one can use bitcoin even if the receiver (e.g. landlord) doesn't want btc and rather wants to liquidate

I'd love to see the kind of strike, fold, etc things in Europe. It feels lonely this side of the Atlantic. I swear sometimes I can hear a sad violing tune and see the rolling bushes from my window if I squint just enough.
