Definitely was the database. When I paid the first ticket on the website my vehicle was listed in big bold letters as REGESITETED and NOT INSPECTED.
Officer never saw the sticker or lack of. Admitted during one of the stops.
I hate automated plate scanners. That's how you got picked up so often.
