When you are training heavy bag drills 1.5 minutes on and 30 seconds off. Your on your 9th set with jamming tunes and it feels like you are going to die before the set ends. Then the 3+ minute song ends and you realize you never started the timer. So you call it 10 rounds and take a walk.
