Like you, I had three children relatively young and in quick succession. After that, I also thought about what I would want to change about my body and have surgery on. I then realized that I actually like myself and my body. Sure, my body is far from perfect, but I'm not perfect either. I love this imperfection. And the most important thing for me is to be healthy. And as you say, I also want to set an example for my children that you should be self-confident about your body and that beauty is not dependent on a scalpel. Nevertheless, everyone has to make this decision for themselves. And I respect everyone, no matter what they decide.

Love that you felt such comfort in your own body. Took me much longer. Deep respect for you finding that internal confidence & comfort early. 🥰🫂 You are right: our imperfections are beautiful 🤩

My issues with my body could partly come from my military experience. Never made weight standards & had to be taped out. Even at 18 my curvy & short body didn’t fit their standard. 🤣 Got worse as I aged but luckily they have changed some of those standards to be more reflective of actual body fat etc 🥰

Either way, I’m mostly comfortable with my body now. Frustrating when it doesn’t work properly… back out etc … but it’s mine and she’s loved 🥰

😂 Of course, there are also days when I grumble about my body. That's part of the game. My daughter and I have a ritual. When one of us has a bad body day, the other declares a beauty day and we have a good time
