You don't speak for everyone

It all depends on how short your food chain is. Butchered a pig in the spring... Butchering two lambs next Friday. We buy chickens from a neighbor who pasturess meat birds and will do our own in the spring. Beef comes from a family 20 miles away. Raw milk from down the road. Veggies are generally in season and bought from local farmers.
