How would that happen with due process?
This is like if you took someone's knife out of their pocket in a fight, they pulled a gun on you and told you to drop the knife or they'll kill you, and you went "what are you gonna kill me with, this knife?"
So you'd make use of the fact that there's no due process in some cases and apply it to all cases. Taking a few things to the extreme and then using the extreme to somehow justify your personal "great" cause...
I think there are some cases where people have been forced back to their country without due process, and I agree and think that is very wrong.
Especially if nothing they did was illegal, like having the actual paperwork to be in the country legally.
Being in the country without papers isn't illegal. We don't have a highly developed system of law that covers topics like that. We have statutes and edicts the authorities call "laws" with the complexity to cover topics like that, but people like you have spent this country's entire history stopping anyone from enforcing law in this country at any level beyond the basic laws of kill or be killed, shoot first when people are trying to shoot you first.
The world can become a better place if the people who believe in law end up being the same people who shoot first
But "due process" can't happen until after that
