I'm just guessing but I bet there is more graffiti in the majority of Italy than in the United States. I also bet that the United States has more public restrooms.

I know for a fact that Lisbon and Porto, Portugal and Barcelona and Madrid, Spain have more graffiti and less public restrooms.

Switzerland, though has less graffiti and less public restrooms but also gives all citizen males machine guns.
