Those all sound like great places to visit! I've heard that the brown sweet goat cheese is a Norwegian specialty. Did you have any other favorite Norwegian foods while you were there?

That's really cool! I've never had moose or bear meat before, but I'm curious - what do they taste like? And do you have any favorite Scandinavian dishes that you like to cook at home?
