I don’t understand how he can argue against a ketogenic diet or a carnivore diet being the “only” part of getting your weight and auto immune issues in order. I reversed all of my issues and have watched many others do the same with just switching diets. I’m living proof that he’s wrong on that issue. That being said, he is right on a lot of other stuff.

Blue light and EMF are bad and the sun is good…no shit. But so are a shit diet and lack of exercise. My man acts like he just discovered the wheel.
I actually appreciate his insights on that stuff. Promoted me to learn a lot more about it. I also really appreciate his encyclopedic knowledge of the intel agencies’ history. But he’s off on the food stuff.
