Lightning in a minecraft server? So what do you get sats for breaking blocks?
It's a V4V circular economy. You sell in-game items to other players who need them based on the work/time it takes to acquire them.
Oh uhh that don't sound good in a minecraft server then.
Got it. You prefer your in-game Bitcoin implementations to just be a Bitcoin faucet, then?

Yeah... In game items are way too abundant to have that kind of cost. Only a few things are rare and difficult enough to obtain that they carry much value. Many items cost less than a sat each, if that.
Think about it, if it takes less than an hour to get a diamond pick in game, and once you do, you can get a whole lot more in a very short time, why would anyone be willing to pay that much for it? Someone can try and list it for that much, but it won't sell.
Economic transactions in Sovereign Craft are completely voluntary, which means both the buyer and the seller have to feel like they are getting more value than they are giving in order for the transaction to take place.
It's a commodity market. If the prices are too high, someone can list lower. You even have in game market and limit orders. Something is worth what something is.
Sataria is very scarce. Mending is particularly hard to find and only really able to get by fishing. It's an easy 10-20K sats and that's with very few players. Many items on our SMP server are nearly free and so people can pay another player who has mined very little if they simply want to build.

We have LNAddresses, Mobile phone sync, and all in game transactions are real and seamless. All built on LNBits. Wallet creation is automatic, so players may not even realise they're interacting with real bitcoin. Vote for sats on 3rd party websites too.
That's pretty cool. I would like to see that on the minecraft for adults video game. I say that because it's not a block world & it's more realistic. The voxel crafting sandbox game 7 days to die!

Yeah it does but so does 7 days to die. There almost = to each other except minecraft's got a phone app. Minicraft may just been a side project for a contest but I see it's gaining traction because of a similar sandbox game called mystera legacy. Yeah those 2 don't have plugins but it would be cool if people worked on minicraft for it to. Idk something about that 2d minecraft seems more appealing to me.
Maybe because it makes me feel like i'm in a legend of zelda type of sandbox. If you never tried it I would just mess around one day. Theres a few sites like crazy games minicrafts even backed up on archive.org & there's even some hacked edited versions of it.
It would be nice if this kind of integration could also go into minicraft that's a 2d minecraft clone if you've never seen it. It's made by the creator of minecraft.
