Good question. Are you looking at [Relays > Configure]? This page lists every relay your client has ever heard of. If they have ticks in the boxes for Read/Inbox/Write/Outbox, then you are configured to use those relays in that way. I have a feeling that this page is going to get a major overhaul soon.
