Replying to Avatar Nate

Not a chef and not all to crazy of recipes, but both homemade pasta and homemade paneer/farmers cheese are two different things that aren't to hard to make if you're looking for something different to do.

I do make fresh pasta all the time, but homemade cheese sounds too hard. I used to bake bread as well until I found a good supplier of sourdough. Maybe some queso fresco could do the trick.
