Usually valium, halcyon or Ativan orally one hour prior and IV midazolam during the extractions. Sedation + amnesia can have wild after effects.
That sounds like a pretty nice mix.. If one day I will come in US will definitely take an appointment for a tooth extraction.. 🤣🤣
