Do you judge them for it? Are there any celebrities you'd protect if they came to you saying they want to escape a cult of Hollywood psychopaths?
I'd run away
A lot of people are extremely angry about abuses of money and power while the poor keep getting poorer. If there is blackmail on these people, it would make them feel like there is no way to live very long after losing their careful strategic position in the cult. The blackmail would be terrifying and effective.
