Good morning ☕. It's been 4 weeks since my Achilles. surgery. I do miss my morning walks. I have never been this non-active in my entire life. I am starting to lose it 😅  Go out there and enjoy a walk today for me 🫂💜.

Tore my Achilles its like a 6 month healing process before your kind of back to normal.

Yea some days are better than others. Its rough but Ill get through it.
