Workout: The humane burpee (Dan John)

15 swings to start every set

10 Kb squats

10 pushups

Work your way down till 15 swings, 1 squats, 1 push up.

This an aerobic workout, with some endurance. Keep track of time, go as fast as possible. I did it in 9:13. Volume adds up.
