Borrowing at 6% and buying an asset with 55% CAGR seems like a pretty good deal to me.
Definitely doing it again in two years.

Presumably, we'll be near the bottom of the cycle
I don’t think we’ll be anywhere near 100k in two years.
But I don’t do TA so what do I know.
Bitcoin will destroy all of your models, so they say. I'm just betting we'll be at the bottom. Whatever that entails for the price.
