Ratchet chaotic folks will never change. They were sold a bill of goods that it is cool to be a deadbeat on the fringe of society. They can’t figure it out. I genuinely feel sad for them. Not sure what one could do to stem the tide.

Not everyone is the same. Even when money was as strong as can be there were dregs of society. Mental health, upbringing, countless variables contribute to the final product you see.

One by one you can work your way towards helping, but society will remain irrational longer than you can remain sane.

I don’t disagree. It’s a state of being that was made cool by Hollywood and music. Fixing the money would help but by no means solves it.
