My gut tells me to sell everything for Bitcoin, but my head is telling me to stay diversified

I keep enough to live comfortably in fiat, rest saved in Bitcoin.
Same. I have a decent runway of fiat for every day expenses and the rest tucked away.
Lightning wallet budget aside I don’t plan to spend my cold storage for a long time.
I mentally exclude it from even being an option in present circumstances.
