Will corporate treasury Bitcoin rehypothecation trigger the next bear? Depends on:

1. How many companies add Bitcoin to their balance sheet in the next 1~2 years because of the FVA rule change.

2. How many companies use in-house custody.

3. FASB, CFTF, whoever custody rules and how easily they’re gamed.
