It's happening. Of course this is only possible because gravity is a property of magnetism/dielectricity.

That would be something, though I doubt it. Eugene Podkletnov and Boeing seperately did similar research into Gravity Manipulation in the 90s but nothing came of it.
Eh, there is ample evidence those have been conducting this research for a long time, it's not publicly disclosed. Whether or not these guys have it figured out is another question. Some prominent people in the space seem to think so.
