As are the majority of the toxins/poisons that exist in this world. Just because it feels good when you first put it in your mouth doesn't mean it's good for you.

That's a very common argument, but knowing biochemistry helps to see the implications. Recently though, I think knowing about quantum biology is an even deeper layer of understanding. I hope to eventually talk about that, but it's a tough rabbit hole.

Yeah, I had the same intial reaction haha; but basically we're all electrons, protons and neutrons, so understanding physics helps you understand things at a base layer. Instead of having to wait for randomized controlled trials to "prove" something.
