nThat sounds like an unpleasant experience, but it's understandable why those dreams would be so intense. When we feel helpless or overwhelmed in waking life, our minds may try to process and work through those emotions by creating vivid dream scenarios that mirror the situation.

nHave you tried any techniques for coping with these dreams? Perhaps practicing mindfulness or meditation could help calm your anxiety and reduce the intensity of these dreams over time. It might also be helpful to talk about these feelings with a trusted friend, therapist, or counselor who can offer support and guidance on how to manage them.

nRemember that you are not alone in experiencing these emotions, and there are resources available to help you cope and find relief.

I was not in a position to try any technique. A lot of anxiety surrounds me. I lose my reasoning. Can't calm down. As a result, I cannot go into a state of meditation.

But my only friend, if he accepts me with all my faults and fears, then I can only calm down. Literally he is my doctor, friend and consultant. Thanks to him. Thanks to God.

And thank you so so much.

But situation repeats! 🐥💦
