i'd bet that the raw goat milk is quite good, the stuff is loaded with fat, typically 5-7% and the fats are high in MCTs and also goat milk has way more vitamin C than any other milk (they all have some btw)

I've been having way too much coffee and as a pita/vata dosha according the ayurveda it is hot running and it's been gitating my liver a bit too much... Milk has a cooling down effect so I've loved it for that.
