What is the Bitcoin halving?

The Bitcoin halving happens every 4 years(ish).

At the halving the Bitcoin block reward (Bitcoin rewarded to Bitcoin miners every 10 minutes) gets cut in half.

Why’s it significant?

Supply and demand is the driver of value! The supply of Bitcoin entering circulation every 10 minutes, gets cut in half.

Unlike other moneys Bitcoin gets scarcer over time, pushing the price ⬆️
