Hey! I can help. But first let’s ensure that the video is playable by the viewers.
- Download Handbreak https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
- Open video in it
- At the top choose a preset: Web -> Creator 720p60
- In the Tabs at the top of the video, choose Video
- Set RF in the quality to 22
- In encoder options set Preset to “slow”
- Same place set Tune to film
- Level 5.0
- In Audio tab at the top set the first channel to Bitrate 192
- Click Start at the top to begin transcoding. If you need to change file name or place to save, change them at the bottom “Save As” area.
Once you’ve done that, see if the size is within the limit. This will create a perfect video for viewing and distribution online.
