**Chapter 4: Root Building is the Foundation**

*26.11.2025-Day 16(Week 3)*

Yesterday, **November 25th**, officially kicked off Week 3 of Vegetation.

That means our girls are today

*16 days * into the active veg cycle (measured from the cotyledons on 10.11).

**The Morning Droop Mystery Solved:**

You'll notice the leaves in the photos are a bit droopy/downcast. Don't worry, this isn't stress or a deficiency—it's just a routine event:

1. Night-Time 🌕 Application: I hit them with their foliar spray (PPM) right before lights out yesterday. Foliar feeds must be applied in the dark to prevent light burn.

2. Lights-On shock⚡️: The pictures were snapped right after the tent lights came on.

After a long night, and with the spray still on the leaves, it takes them a little while to "wake up" and lift their “solar panels” back up. They'll be fully standing and stretching within the hour!

**A Quick Note on Size vs. Time:**

Some people at #weedstr might look at Week 3 and expect bigger plants, but here’s a tip for anyone running an organic system: Don't panic about size in the early stages!

**In Living Soil, the plant spends these first few weeks building a massive, resilient root system and linking up with the soil’s microbial life.** 🐛

Hopium for the week 4 🤲🏻🤲🏻

One love, growmies #weedstr 🇯🇲💚

So today we have the first day of

Week 4(1.12.25) in vegetation, counting from the first cotyledon leaf.

The girls have recovered quite well since Thursday (27.11.25) when they were topped and bent, and we are going strong without flipping from the stress.

TBH, try putting other autoflowers through that much stress in the middle of Week 3 compared to Fast Buds without flipping into flower 🤲🏻

BIG UP to their genetics. They are really changing the game.

What do yall think of the girls, growmies? Any tips? Btw, the fertrometr finally shows the living soil is OK, it took those little rascals long enough to make it, but they did it 🐛

Happy last month of the year fellow people 🇯🇲🤲🏻

Bored at fiat job looking at videos from today, I got kinda playfull mood with leftover credits on suno 🤭

Today, they look even healthier dont ya say? 🤞💚

🚀 **Quick Vibe Check (Day 25)**

Just a quick update today, **growmies**! 💚

It's December 5th, and the girls are cruising into Day 25 of vegetation. What can I say? They look absolutely perfect! 💪 They are beautifully bushy and full of life.

Now the focus is just on keeping that canopy nice and level so every tip catches maximum light and we find that sweet spot.

Everything is running smoothly, catch you at the next update in week 5. Sending everyone one love and happy growing! 🙏

💣 Entering Veg Week 5! (Explosive Growth Check) 💥

What's up, growmies! Just checking in as we hit the start of Vegetation Week 5!

The growth explosion this week has been wild, especially considering the girls aren't showing any pre-flowers signs of flowering yet. WOW

They look totally healthy, but I had to step in because they were getting out of control. I installed the the ACI scrog net and gently bent the branches that were outpacing the others just to keep the canopy somewhat level.

What do you guys think??

One Love, and happy growing! 🙏

🌸 Flower Power Activated! Entering Week 6 / Flower Week 1 🚀 (Nutrient Update!)

What's good, fam!

Big news today: We are officially kicking off Week 6 overall and it seems it’s Week 1 of Flowering also! 🎉

The girls finally showed their cards and the first white pre-flowers have officially popped up, giving us the green light to enter the flower phase.

I’m stoked to see how fast they stretch now that the flip has happened. They are filling out the net perfectly, and the canopy is looking dense and leveled thanks to the training we did weeks before.

However, I clearly messed up my original living soil mix! 🤦‍♂️

I'm seeing signs of a nutrient issue—specifically, some apparent macronutrient excess on the new growth/leaves.

To combat this, I added a Floragard Herbi's Living Soil Booster 2+8+4 today to help balance things out. Hopefully, that does the trick!

Fingers crossed for a healthy stretch and massive buds!

One Love & Happy Harvesting! 💚
