No, in capitalism the information of each individual who produces has value for the market in the same way as a network of decentralized nodes where everyone has a vote. The price of goods and the quantity of production of each good is obtained from the interaction of this information.
In socialism it is a central entity that decides the price and quantity of goods produced.
I will also make it clear that there is more concentration of wealth in socialism and communism. Look at the socialist and communist countries, is where there are more poor people and meanwhile the leaders of the party are kings swimming in abundance.
How exactly is it the opposite? Socialism is inherently centralised, from what I understand.
