Delicious Norwegian cheese. It tastes like salted caramel, but without sugar. Or like dulce de leche. It has strong caramelized taste and very smooth melting consistency.

I always wanted to try it. Found it yesterday in Palladium shopping Mall in Prague.

Soo good with a cup of coffee.
