Africa is waking up and rising or it is the Russians manipulating them this time? (although Russia doesn't have such a tradition in Africa, yet)

Maybe they got tired of France printing their money while trading with them. Whatever Russia offers has to be better than that.
They certainly got tired of France exploiting them. But do they really have an alternative? Russians and Chinese seem to adapt a policy in Africa (and in general) that is somehow beneficial to all parties to some degree, but on the other hand i don't like the role of Russia in Sudan. They seem to just benefit from the war there
