That's not a valid relay ip, i think you meant ws://127.0.0.1:8080 ?

哈哈，我试过了。这个文档上漏掉了 `noscl` 添加 relay 的命令，`noscl relay add ws//your_ip:7000`，注意不是`8080`端口。8080 是 relay 在 docker 内部网络的端口，`noscl` 是在外面把 note 发给 relay，是通过映射的 7000 端口访问的。
