My VPS through you guys isn’t working. I see it in the dashboard and it’s running but I can’t connect to it through SSH….

What’s happening?

Hi, it looks like its up, did you block SSH connection maybe?

The VPS is up and running but after your downtime my ssh key is gone from the dashboard of the VPS and when i try to add it I get some json error when saving.

I get timed out when trying to connect through ssh.

Hi, I reinstalled your VM maybe you installed ufw and it blocked SSH?
