I drink 3 big cups of buttered coffee every morning. The butter fat is enough calories that I don't get hungry until the afternoon.

I only eat one meal a day, always meat being the central part of the meal if not the only part of the meal. Some days I need a small snack, so a chunk of cheese or some salami. My body is in a mild ketogenic state most of the time.

What is your butter:coffee ratio?

2 tablespoons to a large mug, and a splash of half and half. My mug more than 12 ounces but maybe not quite 16. 3 mugs is a whole pot of coffee exactly.

Gonna try this

You wanna cut thin slices of butter and then pour the coffee over while stirring vigorously, so it dissolves into a suspension and doesn't just blob on top of the coffee.
