Eh, no? There are even teenage girls with vaginas whose length is smaller than that of other "adult" women. Unless you mean the adult woman would die as well, your argument fails.

I've never seen puberty age girls die from childbirth. Its always women in their late 20s and 30s and beyond.

You saw that video a woman's purpose? The ossification of the pelvis begins at around 12 and ends at around 15-18. A girl should have her first child between these ages.
