Yeah but in bitcoin when you have a lot of gains you can spend it with out paying taxes everything else on the other hand you gotta answer to Uncle Sam..

I can access my bitcoin 24/7. And while that money is locked up in the roth Ira whatever company you have it through is using that money in the background just like a bank.
