After I left Odeo with its “side project” of Twitter, I went to Yahoo where I briefly worked in Yahoo Pipes and then built a privacy focused location api called FireEagle.

There’s a great history of Yahoo Pipes on retool. It was an amazing app for its time. Honestly it was a great example what the open Web 2 could be before it got enclosed and taken over by big social.
