As in, not real, and certainly not biological. That means they aren't a woman, in /any/ sense of the word.

Sex is a spectrum with a bimodal distribution. They would certainly fall on the female side of the spectrum. They would have numerous physical and sexual characteristics that would align with being female.

This isn't idiotic logic. There would be no unfair advantage that they would have because they would never undergo male puberty.
