Chocolate bread pudding is a spin on a old favorite. New Orleans style bread pudding with a bourbon sauce is also very delicious. I just prefer to skip the ones made with raisins. New Orleans or cajun style bread pudding is always what I think of as a traditional bread pudding. Then again I was raised just north of Cajun country.
