its a touchy subject because people are afraid to defend their beliefs, or know (pehaps subconsciously) that their beliefs dont make much sense, and want to avoid the pains of cognitive dissonance.

I like challenging my ideas, kind of like bitcoin seems to enjoy a good attack. I agree nostr could be a great platforn for that, once the users naturally partition off into interest groups.
