GM David, what's for eating today
Radicchio salad with pear and left over cassoulet.
Had to look up cassoulet, from the pictures it looks similar to some cuban dishes and delicous
It is funny so many dishes around the world are similar just change a couple local ingredients for another. I think of cassoulet as French cacciatore.
