Imagine “loaded potatoes,” except in a gnocchi form… lol. Tonight was gnocchi night - leak & saffron, plus the cheese, cream, bacon, garlic.

Honestly, leaks are abundant this season & I had a whole bunch of potatoes I had to cook lol
