Maybe look at your diet and make sure you’re absorbing enough nutrients . Tired after walking seems to suggest maybe lacking something ?

Worth it, also regular walking, a good diet and good rest away from all devices is very important

Even hydration has a big impact, make sure you drink plenty of fluids

Yeah true, not consuming enough water throughout the day is definitely something I have to address more 💜
