I noticed in a promo for the Jake Paul fight he got into a tanning bed machine, but it was all red light therapy.

That would very likely be my version of "Wen Lambo?"

I don't need or want a sports car. Wen right light therapy bed?

An old carbureted square body pickup would be nice though.

Lambos are dumb. They don't even look good. But a red light bed is something I'd pay good sats for

I have a small red light device I've been using for about the last year. I'm currently using it to see what impact it has on poison ivy rashes.

When I first began using it the effect it had on me was very apparent. It actually caused deep relaxation, essentially drowsiness. My sleep quality has definitely increased.

I suspect we've hacked the matrix - all the bro science is turning out to be true.

This was recommended to me as a cheap and effective alternative to the expensive red light devices: https://www.premier1supplies.com/p/prima-heat-lamp

Interesting idea! I prefer to stay cold otherwise I do have red heat lamps in the barn that we use in our chicken brooder. The cost of the medical devices isn't that much more expensive and have a significantly lower operating cost being LEDs, and much safer if you've got little ones around.

It would be interesting to compare the wavelengths generated between the two. My hunch is the heat lamp might have a wider band of red light? 🤷 The medical devices target two specific bands from what I understand.
