Last time I shipped overseas to the UK it was less than $30 CAD.

Seems fair, what size is the painting? Would it come in a cardboard tube?

Flat. Painting size is 9x12 inches; 23x30.5cm

I will sandwich it between two pieces of cardboard for added protection.
